I've been working with Newmans since 2008 to let out our properties, and over the last 16 years, Julie and her team have consistently found reliable tenants and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They have handled every aspect of the process well, and have always kept me informed, from viewings to vetting tenants to collecting rent.
They have a solid network of maintenance companies who, whenever there is an issue whether it is big or small, are on it at the drop of a hat, keeping us, as landlords, happy and ensuring that both our tenants and properties are well taken care of and in safe hands. Knowing that our properties are well cared for is comforting, and after 16 years of great service, I can confidently say that I have complete trust in Julie and her wonderful team. I can't recommend them highly enough. So, if you're looking for a letting agency where you can build on a relationship, and one that truly cares, look no further!

Oh my goodness where do I start..Julie has been the Pinnacle of excellence, she has gone further in assisting and solving our problems and has made my days of woe and worrying a thing of the past. She devoted her time to making sure everything that could be done, was done in first class style. Wonderful and patient and a top class act to follow. In future I know who I and my family and friends will use and it will be Julie Grover from Newmans.
