Hannells in Alvaston are a wonderful estate agency who deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to helping me to buy my home. A 'real' estate agency who went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that everyone involved in the transaction, me especially, was happy and satisfied. A jolly pleasurable experience, thank you, the lovely ladies at that branch office. Their expertise and understanding made buying my home a seamless process, even in the face of some challenges that manifested themselves. I couldn't have been happier with their optimism, cheerfulness, humour, kind heartedness and dedicated efforts undertaken from day one of our connection. At each step in the whole process, from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, they came through with competence, process knowledge, enthusiasm, expertise, professionalism, confidence, capability and commitment to excellence. Throughout my journey, they demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my personal situation, taking all presented to them in their stride. They made sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process and that the light at the end of the tunnel was not a train bearing down on me. Not only are the staff at Hannells extremely thorough and professional, adept at processes in their professional realm, they are also equipped with wonderful personal skill attributes and in being natural people-persons, super-friendly, engaging, gregarious and great fun to work with. Simply the best, you will be hard-pressed to find a more likeable, patient, hard working, professional, honest and inspiring team of estate agents. They turned what seemed to be a fearful process for me, an expat returning home after many years abroad into a totally pressure-free happy experience, one which I will forever remember and be thankful to them for.

4 offers were received within 24 hours of viewings, 2 viewers didn't wish to go any further and 2 viewers failed to any feedback.
Eliza, kept us informed of the offers and gave sound background guidance on the suitability of each offer. Advice was given on how to proceed. Best and final offers were requested and a sale price accepted.

Even when problems arose with the first house we planned to buy, the whole team were really supportive and we managed to quickly find another house that was perfect us. Whenever we had questions or were worried about anything they was always at the end of the phone and happy to help with everything. Nothing was ever to much them.
