Staff ( do not resolve issues not email back to emails, contractors do not turn on days the company say they are attending. The company false advertise properties of old photos and not up to date photos. I'd also look at other low star reviews that all have a common theme

Incredibly satisfied with the service i am getting from Sure move.
We had various issues with the house and they really jumped the very next day to help us out and resolve the issues . All of the issues were resolved quickly and with our needs in mind ( can actually say that half the house was renovated in 4 days ) . Would highly reccomend !

I've lived at the property in little Hulton since my daughter was 2 months old, she's now 6, I've had gas leaks, electric fires, leaks from my bathroom to my kitchen, slated off the roof kitchen falling to bits. A lots of the jobs I've had repaired myself, all I have ever had is foul attitude of Roy the owner of the property, and bad attitude of his ever changing staff who also sound like they don't have a clue what there doing. Please try and avoid these money grabbers,

Gary was a fantastic agent. From the day we organised a meeting to view the property we were always sending emails back and forth discussing all the details about the property and prices included. We went into this with our eyes open and Gary helped us do that with ease.
Viewing the property was an experience as the previous tenants showed us around, giving us a feel for the place and a view on how it was actually like to live there.
We did not meet Gary until the move in date, but this did not make a difference as any issue we had was either discussed over the phone or by email promptly.
