We recently had the pleasure of working with Jack, Hannah and Jane at Paul Graham and we couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and dedication throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent; I was always kept in the loop with regular updates and feedback after each viewing. Paul Graham are the best Estate agent I have used.
They dealt with the sale of my property and luckily the property I purchased was though Paul Graham too.
Jane, Steve, Hannah, Jack and all the Team were magnificent.

I would 100% use there services again. If I ever move ?

After a year and a half of searching for a property, and being let down by three different agencies (two of them being among the biggest names in the UK), I was extremely disappointed. I lost so much time and money dealing with agents who weren’t serious and ignored my efforts despite constant chasing.
I was in the process of buying another property when I began to sense that it was yet another time-wasting situation. Thankfully, I came across Paul Graham Estate Agents in Carshalton. From my very first call, the gentleman I spoke to made the process so much easier. He was honest about the other property I was pursuing, and thanks to his advice I decided to pull out and go with a house they had for sale instead.
From there, everything changed — the whole process took just under 3 months. The Paul Graham team were helpful, professional, and kept me informed at every step. Their clear communication and genuine support made all the difference, especially after nearly two years of stress with other agencies.
I am now finally a happy and relieved homeowner. I would highly recommend Paul Graham Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy in the area.

We sold our property through Paul Graham & they have been brilliant every step of the way. Jack had lots of knowledge of the area & was really openhonest when giving a valuation. She is on it every step of the way, always wants to help & is very knowledgeable about the process. Our sale was very stressful but Jane helped to make everything more manageable & transparent. What I really appreciated was how present they were throughout the whole process — checking in regularly, keeping me updated, and making sure everything was moving along smoothly even if the process was more complicated.
I’m now happily settling into my new place and it wouldn’t have been possible without their guidance and patience. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell — you’ll be in great hands!

We had a lot of back and forth in our chain and Jane was a calm presence throughout, pushing things along and dealing with frustrating solicitors which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend Paul Graham to anyone looking to sell their property.
