JR Hopper is, without a doubt, the best estate agents we’ve ever encountered! The entire experience felt like something straight out of Escape to the Country, as we were shown one property after another. Alison and Leeselle took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and their knowledgeable advice was invaluable during the viewings and throughout the purchase process. Complaints Procedure
The company is owned and managed on a daily basis by Directors, Brian & Liz Carlisle. Any issues not resolved to your satisfaction by our skilled trained and qualified staff can be referred to them for action. The Company is also a member of the NAEA, ARLA, and the Property Ombudsman so these bodies, and their redress schemes will resolve in the unlikely event of you not achieving satisfaction in house.
