Kish Oogarah viewed my mother in law’s flat & gave an instant valuation which exceeded my expectation. After the usual checks the flat was put on the market and after 3 days an offer was made & accepted. Since then Kish & his colleague Kamilija Stanuliene have kept me fully informed & updated at all times by email & telephone no matter how small the update. Their customer service has been excellent with politeness & respect and cannot fault their attention to detail & informativeness. Cannot praise them highly enough.

It's very friendly and experienced staff in branch,

Brilliant Service.
We couldn't have asked for a better service despite complications with our sale, which was not the fault of Andrews. Kish, our Business Manager, was brilliant and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, going above and beyond in pulling all parties together to speed up the sale. He kept in touch almost daily and was very proactive in ironing out any queries. Great service from a thoroughly nice guy who was very easy to deal with. 5*s Kish, thank you!

I've rented my house through Andrews and also sold my house with Andrews. Nathan is so knowledgeable and always gave me honest opinions on any decisions I made when it came to letting my property, I cannot speak highly enough of him personally. When I was made aware Andrews also dealt with sales I new straight away who I would use to help sell my house. I was introduced to Kish who comes from a wealth of sales experience and again, every phone call, email response, viewing, was a brilliant. If your reading this review and can't decide which estate agents to use in Romford please trust me when I say 'these guys are first class' choose Andrews!

Tenant and myself receive written notice of tenancy renewals which are followed up to ensure contracts reissued well before renewal date. (Try using another agent and you could be without tenancy agreement for months) I receive reminders for the annual gas check and I am reminded until Andrews are certain a test has been carried out.
Having used other agents clarified to me how superior Andrews are as a letting agent. We are planning to purchase a new property in the area for letting, and we will be going to Andrews to arrange tenancy.
