This review is based soley on Kelly Veich. Where to start… I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional and skilled individual. I had a horrible chain, my estate agent (not Paul carr) was useless. The property I was purchasing was through Paul carr. Kelly had to step in and take control of my entire lower chain to ensure it didn't fall apart and so I didn't loose my property. She was always at the end of the phone and contacted me with updates frequently. She even worked on my case while she was on holiday. Faultless!
