I would go as far to say this is THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I knew from the offset this wasn't going to be a positive experience, but with Duncan and his usual sales pitch and promising the world his words "I promise we will do a good job for you" was a complete and utter lie. Starting with the photography (some of my rooms were even missed) the wrong selection of photos were uploaded to Rightmove which took 5 communications both written and by phone for them to get it right. From having random people turn up to my door saying they had tried for weeks to get a viewing appointment but the office failed to return their calls. 99% of the viewers who attended were not given the home report. I even got 5 friends of mine to request a copy of my home report as a test and as expected none of them received this nor got any follow up call regarding their enquiry. When you have the staff on the phone crying to you how bad the office is and how unprofessional they operate then its a bad day. From employing school leavers who are left to manage your property, to the high staff turnover to their ignoring prospective buyers. I emailed Duncan with my complaints after things continued to go wrong, with all emails being sent with a "read receipt" for him to never once reply or deal with any of the serious issues. I sold my house myself via someone on facebook who was enquiring about houses on my estate. Several months later they are still sending buyers to my old door, un-announced when the ship has long since sailed. This is how on the ball this cowboy outfit is. I am always in shock as to their signs popping and I question the authenticity of such advertising based on their ratio of boards v's listings on rightmove/their website. THIS IS A BUSINESS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO SELL, THEIR EXPERIENCE FROM A BUYERS PROSPECTIVE IS ALSO JUST AS SHOCKING. There are so many other horrendous parts to this story of their failings and stress caused and I will never let them near another property of mine, my families or friends. The fact that they gave my personal details out to someone was a breach of Data Protection and today I have started the formal official complaints procedure as this is illegal
