Had a really good experience renting from Pantheon in terms of custumer service. Kerry was on every request, or issue the we raised and dealt with it immedietly wetger inside or outside the property. Would tent from them again, just maybe a different property

I have rented my flat from Pantheon for approx 4 1/2 years. From the get-go, they have provided an exemplary service especially Kerry who was my first point of contact when I initially took the flat. Kerry is so friendly, professional and helpful.
I honestly, had no idea how things worked in the private rental market as had recently become a single and this was all new to me. Kerry, steph and Ryan have always been so helpful and extremely prompt when dealing with queries, repairs etc.
My rent has gone up a few times but, I love where I live and I'd like to think that Pantheon value their long term tenants above pricing single people out of the market.
I recently had an issue with light pollution caused by the nursing home next doors security light . I mentioned it to kerry and asked if I could possibly have a blackout blind fitted as the light was causing me issues with my sleep ( I work shifts) within a few days of me mentioning it, I had a call from divine blinds who booked me in for measurements and a quote to be done for pantheon. 2 days after that, my blinds were installed and the lads who fitted them were lovely. In fact everyone I've dealt with from Pantheon have been superb.

Pantheon, and in particular Steph and Kerry, have been fantastic to deal with, both setting up our tenancy and providing support during our time in our flat. They are quick to respond to queries, friendly, helpful and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend Pantheon and would use them again if we need to rent in future.

I have been a tenant in a residence let by Pantheon for almost a decade.
Pantheon have always been great to deal with. Communication with them is simple - as someone who prefers to email rather than talk on the telephone, it is important emails are responded to in a timely manner and Pantheon do that - and in the handful of times issues have arisen, they have been addressed within a more than acceptable timeframe.
The staff you are likely to deal with on a normal, daily basis are nice, polite and professional. Kerry has always been the 'go-to' girl who would directly (sorting where possible) or indirectly (arranging contractors) resolve any issues which may arise (she has more strings to her bow than a harp), and Steph has been a welcome addition to the Pantheon team. The contractors who I have dealt with have always been sound fellas and have always done a good job.
I can obviously only speak about my flat, but it was furnished with a hob, oven washing machine and fridge-freezer when I moved in. During my time here, Pantheon kindly provided me with an electric shower upon my request. They didn't have to - I had a working shower, but the water was heated via an immersion heater - but they agreed and sorted it anyway. Obviously, each case/building/flat may be dealt with differently.
This has been my first time renting in the private sector. You read scare stories about rogue landlords/letting agents (including our MPs), but my experience with Pantheon has been very positive. Yes, the rent rises are an issue, but you only have to look at rents charged in my local area to see they could easily be higher.
I know, unfortunately, providing this review will not lead to my rent being held at it's current level or reduced! But as someone who likes to moan about things (I only moan when there's a reason to moan, of course...), I think it's important we all take the time to acknowledge when people or companies are out there doing things right and treating their 'customers' how they'd like to be treated themselves or how they'd like their loved ones to be treated.
This is just my experience. I have not been paid to provide this review; I do not work for Pantheon nor am I related to anyone who does work for Pantheon.

My husband and I rented a large 2 bedroom apartment at Alder Grange for 2.5 years. The apartment itself was stunning, high ceilings, surrounded by nature, extremely secure building. Beautiful finishing. Whenever we had an issue, Ryan and his team were on hand to assist and respond so quickly and with utmost kindness and respect. I can't recommend a tenancy with Ryan more, we have had a brilliant experience working with Pantheon in general and would not have left the property if not moving to a different city. Staff are genuine, prompt and easy to work with. We have been very grateful to have been treated so well by the landlords/ agents and had longstanding tenancy in a place we brought our baby home to and felt was a special place taken care of by good people where we were very sorry to leave. Both the agents and the staff taking care of the property/managing tenancies work to a very high standard of care both towards tenants and the property. Ryan runs an excellent service and we would not hesitate to rent with Pantheon again. Thank you immensely to Ryan, Kerry and the Pantheon team!

I have been a tenant with Pantheon for nearly 4 years, since day one Kerry has always gone out of her way to sort any issues whether it be building/maintenance/tenancy related and is always bright and cheerful when we communicate. a 3 year tenancy recently ran out and we made the decision to stick with Pantheon and the property due to how fair they are and how when dealing with Kerry it is clear she values the tenant and doesn't just see us as numbers etc.
I have always mostly dealt with Kerry but the rest of the team are as warm as her and I always recommend Pantheon to friends looking private lets
