Please avoid! They do not respect the law that applies to both parties. They even blame you for saying it's your fault that the landlord won't fix the repairs. Restrictive contracts for tenants (I have a 12 month break clause and a 12 month contract so no flexibility). As a tenant, they do not respect your rights. Not to mention mistakes, mess, and failure to comply with the law, but it's all the tenant's fault. They think they are untouchable. Their violations of fair rental principles should be publicized and they should be held legally responsible!

What agent could do to change your mind?
I was extremely pleased with the rent. Although I would consider it expensive generally, for London prices it is quite reasonable (I have seen a lot worse for higher prices). The holding deposit I would consider it quite high (£500), especially in proportion to the rent. However the rest of the fees were pretty standard and similar to other agencies.

Finding a flat is always a nightmare, more so in London and when you are in quite a hurry! My partner and I had experienced numerous barriers to finding a flat in London, either complicated documentation requirements, unrealistic income expectations, and difficulties with accepting guarantors. With Andrews Lettings everything was done so swiftly and easily. The process was so smooth and quick that it didn't even feel that something stressful was happening in my life (I consider flat hunting an extremely stressful process!). I didn't feel stressed out during the experience at all, and there weren't any annoying barriers in the way that made life difficult. The staff are very prompt, they got things done on time, and my landlady is absolutely lovely and ever so helpful. I love our new flat and would definitely recommend Andrews, especially for anxious prospective tenants who worry about everything like myself!

I had a number of viewings with Andrews in 2014 and based on my experience would not recommend this agency.
When viewing a number of flats in a new development I was given a wrong information about prices, sizes of the flats and service charges. There were three agents and one of them told me I should make my decision immediately because the developer as going to review all offers next morning.
His colleague told me few minutes later there was actually a deadline for offers which was 3 days later. Each agent seemed to be telling his own invented story about the flats and the rules of the process. When I made an offer on one of the flats, the agent did not come back to me for 4 days. He did not respond to my phone calls or emails. Only when I had made a complaint he gave me a call to say that another offer was accepted.
The agent was also late on number of occasions and he did not apologize even once. On one occasion he just stood outside the flat checking his phone and did not even ask if we had any questions. Each time I felt I was pushed to make my decision asap and was told there was a huge interest in the property. But some of the flats I had viewed with them are still available 2-3 months later. I have done many viewings with various agencies in the area and have never come across such unprofessional and poor customer service.
