I simply cannot recommend Andrews (Wallington), especially Ben Gordon-Smith enough. Having separated from my husband and living with family it was a very hard time for me and my x2 girls. After viewing a number of properties and being rejected, I saw a 2nd property through Andrews and got to meet Ben in person and explained my situation. After initially not being selected for a 2 bedroom flat in Wallington, 2 weeks later Ben contacted me to say that the initial persons references had failed and if I was still looking he could speak to the landlord. He got me selected and really supported and helped me and my guarantor through the process, which was not easy. He truly cares and has a heart of gold, he went out of his way to help me and at times like this a little kindness means so much. His colleagues Austin and Karen were also so helpful. The customer experience with Andrews is truly remarkable and I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough, their professionalism is second to none. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional in equal measures, they genuinely care and that's often rare in property transactions. This team have been tested to the enth degree during our transaction due to the buyers Solicitors unprofessional and rude behaviors, obstructive and dubious games. You are in safe hands with this team in my opinion, they have integrity in abundance, each and everyone one of them. Regardless of the eventual outcome of the current transaction, I would use them again without hesitation and am grateful I have them by my side during this exceptionally stressful process.

What agent could do to change your mind?
It was good that there was an element of negotiation on the fees with parts we could include or reject or haggle over. I feel we achieved a fair balance on both sides.

We were given a few great lettings options, and visited a property that we were unsuccessful in getting, however the team were right back to work afterwards and found us a wonderful flat, in an even better location, that we love.

As a non UK resident landlord, it's been absolutely brilliant to have such a reliable and efficient Property Manager as Ramaine 'taking care' of my flat.
I've been letting my place out thru Andrews for several years now, and during that time she has always been on-deck to deal with the various situations that have arisen... from dealing with complicated things like legal/tenant matters; to quickly organizing urgent repairs and sourcing work quotes from contractors; even down to lovely little helpful things like cutting new keys for my property and posting the spare key to my mum to keep for me!
A genuinely nice, honest lady - who despite I'm sure having loads of other landlords and tenants to deal with each day, never treats you as if you're just an Andrews property reference number on a computer file. She's always really friendly, always communicates exactly what's going on, always willing to go the extra step to resolve any situation, and as a 1st-time landlord - many times I've even just been cheeky and picked her brains for her professional advice on certain things and she's been really helpful then also.
Highly recommended.

Our agent was extremely helpful. Being a first time tenant I had a lot of questions and queries and he was so kind and friendly and happy to help however small or big the query was. I found the property I am renting through Andrews on the Zoopla website. The day it came online i was on the phone to the agent to get a viewing. But at the time it was listed with another agent. Needless to say, this particular agency messed me around with viewings and didn't liaise with me enough. So i found out it was listed with Andrews. I have rented with Andrews before. I called them and had a viewing the very next day, and put my offer in straight after the viewing, which was accepted. Throughout the process of me moving in i have had constant helpful communicating from the staff at Andrews wallington via e-mail and phone calls; and i only had to go into the branch once, which was on moving in day to sign the agreement. A highly recommended estate agent in my opinion
