We had been having an extremely difficult time finding a rental property at the right price, location and size.
We had viewings of properties with other agencies and even getting these viewings was painstaking. Then we looked at a property with Maison and came across Jay, and he was nothing short of fantastic. He went what I feel was above and beyond on several occasions, sometimes even just calling to check in on how we were and saying thank you when submitting documents. From viewing a property to receiving the keys took a total of 7 working days.
Thank you Jay, Gerda and also generally the whole team, as everyone I have spoken with along the way has always been beyond helpful and also extremely kind.

My wife and I had some minor issues with the property, but they were always very quick in supporting in many ways.
We are a bit discouraged we had to relocate because we are very pleased with their services. I recommend anyone moving into the area to look for Maison Estates as they are excellent professionals but mostly good people.

I have moved out of a property where I had no workings shower for over a year, unfortunately towards the end of the my tenancy I was unable to live in the property due to these issues. At the same time the Landlord had a different agent working for them where all these issues were raised.
However once Maison Estates took over these reports were lost and issues were not passed over.
Therefore, once I had left and asked for my deposit to be refunded this caused further issues as these reports did not exist and as not raised with them I had not argument.
I have since found out that by deposit was refunded and sent back to Maison Estates and not myself so I have received £0.00.
I have been emailing an agent by the name of Lee who has been helpful at times however whenever I have mentioned complaint or escalation I don't seem to see any progress.
The fact that I was having to pay a higher rent for a room in the house compared to others and did not have a working shower or able to get wifi in the room though it was part of the agreement, I am the one who has been penalised an not received the deposit.

overall I had a positive experience with Maison Estates. Everything was made clear and precise to us and the system used made the move a relaxing experience - which, I think we can all be clear, isn't always the case! Polite, welcoming and charming staff that are helpful whenever they're needed. Would highly recommend.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
