It turned out to be a great decision as it ticked boxes other properties we'd seen had not managed and ensured we were ahead of other agency's marketing strategies which allowed us to secure the property.

Absolutely amazing service and insanely quick turnaround.
Daniel and Colin were not just professional after discussing selling my property to purchase another, but they were so organised and good at what they do that within about 24 hours of signing the documents to use them as my agents, the property had an offer at asking price.
It shows that they know exactly what they're doing, it shows how well they know their customers and their needs which allows for such a quick turnaround.
