When Craig suggested marketing our home on Boxing Day, we were surprised to say the least, crazy idea, then when we thought about it we thought what a brilliant idea, everyone at home surfing the housing market, so we said go for it!
We had previously spent 6 months with a high street agent with nothing much happening, and all grinding to a halt.
Within the first 3 weeks we had a tremendous viewings average, SR took over everything showing the potential buyers around. They staged and photographed our home beautifully. Our dream home came up for sale the same time we accepted an offer from a very happy family.
All the team at SR were absolute stars.

I’m in my seventies so I’ve sold quite a few house’s over the years
I have never sold a house so quickly
Shrigley Rose where fantastic from start to finish
My point of contact John kept me informed all the way
Nothing was to much trouble for him ‘I’m going to miss my little chats on the phone with him
I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough

One stop have certainly changed my opinion of estate agents because my previous experience of them was once you’d signed up for their services you never heard from them again except when their commission was due.
I have been amazed by the commitment and enthusiasm in selling our property. From the very offset - even before we’d signed their contract we had been supplied with tradesmen to help us out with getting the house in a more saleable state. Then John and Emily stepped in organising the viewings, providing us with feedback and “ tweaking “ the marketing to get more interest. Once an offer was put in they went above and beyond to negotiate the best possible price and even helped us over a stumbling block that could have lost us the sale but John’s determination and perseverance was a real asset in closing the sale.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We approached one stop after we had 2 viewings in 4 weeks with no offers on our house. We became aware of them after we visited a nearby property they were selling who had also approached them and sold quickly after having initially failed to sell under the same original estate agent we were under.
From the first contact Emily was approachable, knowlegable and professional. Craig visited our house and was reassuring and confident we would sell with their input and quality service they would provide.
The quality of the photos taken were exceptional. Their marketing appeared to be very good as we had 7 initial viewing requests within less than week of the house being placed on the market. Emily appeared very driven, confident and keen to achieve the best possible outcome and we soon received the offer that led to our sale.
Little did we know the hardest part of the journey would be the conveyancing which delayed the sale. Emily liaised with both solicitors on our behalf keeping up us updated, listened to ur frustrations when we approached her and pressed for the sale strenuously on behalf of both the buyer and seller when liasing the conveyancing team.
I would highly recommend One Stop!

Amazing Estate agency highly recommend. Do not hesitate to instruct them to sell your house. Craig visited us at the beginning of the process, he was very reassuring about the house being sold with little hassle to us, we have 3 children and 2 dogs - so it was suggested we did block viewings which worked very well our house was sold within a week. Once on the market Emily took over she is brilliant went above and beyond my expectations, house sale has gone through flawlessly with her overseeing it and keeping in touch with me regularly, she even pushes the solicitors to ensure they are being proactive. I have sold about 10 houses over the years and I have never come across an estate agency like One Stop Property Solutions (in a good way). The agency was recommended to me by my financial adviser who used to be an estate agent. So even though I live out of the North West area and the second home I was selling was also out of the area, I chose One Stop Property Solutions. I am sure that I received a much better experience than I would have done with a local agent. I can’t fault the service from Craig viewing the house at the start to John confirming house sale completion. I appreciated the attention to detail from practical advice to the quality of the photographs and brochure. I would like to give a special mention to John who is the most proactive agent I have ever come across. I honestly think I might still be waiting for the house sale to complete if it weren’t for his persistence with other estate agents and solicitors to get updates and speed up the process as much as possible. My solicitor also commented on how helpful he was. That’s praise indeed. Emily was also very helpful and kept me informed of offers. The only slightly negative comment I have is that I was selling a second home nearly 2 hours from where I live and I was given to understand that an agent would be showing potential buyers round and that it was recommended I be there to tell the story of the house (which had been in the family since the late 1950s). I agreed with this advice. In fact it was me or the gardener who did the viewings. The situation was exacerbated by lockdown which no one could have predicted. I let it go because everything else was so excellent and this situation is unlikely to be applicable to other vendors. For that reason I am happy to award One Stop Property Solutions 5 stars. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Within a month they had a buyer for me but then Covid meant that fell through despite the agents’ best efforts. Within another month we had another buyer for more than any other previous agents had got. They were in constant contact, providing advice when needed and were very friendly and approachable! I will always be thankful to them.

Complaints Procedure Shrigley Rose & Co prides itself on the level of its customer service. However, occasionally things do go wrong, and you may need to complain. Please see our complaints procedure below. Residential Estate Agency - Making a complaint Information for Customers Shrigley Rose & Co. is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPOS) and as such aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we have a Complaints Process in place. The aim of this process is to resolve any issues or concerns as quickly as possible, although in the majority of cases we hope that matters such as these are resolved at branch level. Stage One – Designated Personal Property Agent All complaints should, in the first instance, be directed to your designated Personal Property Agent, She/he will endeavour to resolve your complaint immediately, and no later than five working days of the first notification. Stage Two - Customer Services Manager If you remain dissatisfied, you may then further your complaint, which must be in writing, to the Customer Services Manager. You must write to them within one month of receiving your personal property agent response. The Customer Services Manager will acknowledge your complaint within three working days of receipt of your letter and provide you with a full written response within 15 working days. Stage Three – Managing Director If you remain dissatisfied, you may address your concerns in writing to the Managing Director within one month of the response from the Customer Services Manager. Your letter will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and you will be provided with a final view written response on behalf of the Company within 15 working days of receipt of your letter.
