Tried using them last year and they were horrific, tried again this year and shocker, they were bad again, if you can go through a different agency, definitely do, although half the ones in reading r rubbish to say the least

Space Lettings agency in St Albans do not return calls. Their management team couldn't manage to open a communal cupboard for us to read our metre for over 2 weeks. In the end the only way you could get any answers was by sitting on the phone and refusing to get off until you had an answer. Constantly trying to fob you off and suggest you call someone else. Terrible customer service as a tenant I wouldn't go through them again and as a landlord myself I would NEVER use space!

Space are very professional and trustworthy. I've rented with them in 2009 and in 2015. I've only worked with them to the extent of being a tenant and Space only handled the legal side, with the landlords running management. Compared to many agents I've tried to use, Space have been one of the best - they never messed me around, or missed any appointments, and communication with them has always been great. All of the places they've had available and both rented by me have been to a high standard of quality and cleanliness. They've been helpful at every step of the way, and consistent over the years.
