Rented for two years with EliteLets. Very responsive to maintenance issues and we were left to enjoy the property. Humaira and Razia were always friendly and checkout was made extremely easy by pre-agreeing an amount for a clean of the property. They were honest and didn't attempt to fleece us, like some other companies have attempted to do in the past. Would use them again.

Property and location was very ideal. Landlord catered to problems and did not hide away from work. Property was in good condition and had been cared for in the past. The garden was a bit of a hassle to deal without a shed to store a lawnmower, but if it wasn't my final year would definitely stay at the property again.

Our house was clean when we arrived, with new fridges and floorboards through the whole house. The company was incredibly helpful whenever we had issues such as lights going out or things breaking. They were thorough at the beginning of the tenancy when checking everything worked and showing us things we needed to know, as well as efficient in giving us back our deposits at the end of the tenancy.

Easy tenancy with a nice building and frequent replies when emailed. Lovely staff who came to do our checkout and really appreciated how much we looked after the place. When we had an issue the maintenance man would come within the week which was useful. All in all very nice landlord who takes care of their properties and tenants

I stayed at 40 Wellington street, it’s a 2 bedroom house in the city centre. The property was big and spacious and well maintained and decorated, it’s in a perfect location just behind the Victoria centre which has a Tescos and a dress up shop which is perfect for student nights out. The landlords/agent were so lovely, if we had any problems they would come round and fix them straight away. Their communication was really good too. You can also get a permit for parking too which was perfect for me.

Although the location of the house was away from the student area, it was still a nice area with friendly neighbours, and for those who study at QMC, it is a 25 minute walk through the Jubilee campus or under 10 minutes on the medlink bus (free for medical students). Overall EliteLets provided us with a positive experience for our final year of uni and I would recommend there services to any students looking for a house.
