Josephine managed and facilitated the sale of my flat in North London. Managing does not begin to cover her engagement, professionalism and general hand-holding for a sale that was difficult (one buyer pulled out after numerous meetings for example) and on the backdrop of a challenging economic climate. Her guidance (some might call it 'tough love'!) and vast experience have been second to none. Unlike a high-street agent, Josephine took my sale personally; she was active, hustling and pulling in prospective buyers in a way a regular high-street agent simply would not do. I could not recommend her more enthusiastically - in fact I have done so to several people, including close friends, already. Thank you very much Josephine.
