Landlord, be aware of what you are signing with Concentric. We are terminating property management contract, and they are changing us a fee of 1.5 monthly rent plus VAT which is equivalent of a year worth of their management service charges…. Termination of the management contract doesn't require any works around the property it's pure administrations and we must pay a year worth of their charges to press few buttons on the .keyboard . It's a rip off… pleas read carefully what you sign with them because they won't tell you the charges
