We can't recommend Millers highly enough for their professionalism, dedication, support and kindness through the whole process of a potentially tricky sale involving a big house and with us living 250 miles away!
The main thing is that everyone went the extra mile to help, and they felt like true partners. James, the photographer, missed his dinner to achieve stunning photographs in perfect evening light. Clare gave up her weekend time to offer us very wise advice about presentation. Abi, Helena and Barry handled the bookings and viewings with great efficiency and cheerfulness, always keeping us in the loop. John's steady guiding hand was there throughout, and we had huge confidence in his expertise in pricing and in his professionalism when handling bidders.
The whole team dealt with the process impeccably and the end result was a textbook transaction. Thank you, Millers!

Miller Town & Country were recommended to us by our son, who also sold a property via this agency and although we were out of their normal catchment area and our converted barn had previously been on the market for more than 12 months, they took it on with enthusiasm and optimism at a very difficult time. They produced some wonderful pictures and a video beyond our expectations which we know drew potential buyers to the property. Nothing was too much trouble for them and our thanks go to Matthew, who originally valued and produced the sales literature, Helen who sometimes travelled 25 miles two or three times a week to accompany viewings and to Abi who fantastically managed the after sales service with regular updates with both buyers and sellers, all of which we know resulted in a positive conclusion to the selling process. Their dedication and proactive attitude was second to none and we would definitely recommend this agency to anyone considering selling their property in the future. They were all just fantastic.

We were VERY happy with the service and support we received at all times during what turned out to be a protracted sales cycle with some challenging moments that required some TLC from the staff at Millers. All the staff were helpful and attentive but special thanks needs to go to Abi Ball who stepped up to the plate especially towards the end of the negotiations and really smoothed the way to a successful conclusion.

We were very impressed by the service received from Miller Town & Country Estate Agents, led by John Simmons and his team at their Okehampton office. Over the years we’ve bought and sold a home on five separate occasions. Up until our commissioning Miller Town and Country, no estate agency has come anywhere near the service level John and his team delivered to us.
From the outset, everything was done in a professional and timely manner. The great photographs and dialogue describing our home on the various web platforms used, were accurate and well presented.
We never had cause to keep contacting Millers, since they were proactive in keeping us current on all developments as the sales process progressed. Once we’d accepted the best offer on our home, John was outstanding as he liaised with our prospective buyers, their solicitor and our solicitor.
Because one is not normally buying and selling one’s home on any regular basis, having John’s counsel on hand to give guidance was enormously helpful.
We highly recommend Miller Town & Country Estate Agents.
