An amazing team, our house went up for sale with Andrews at north cheam on Monday and was sold by Friday, Mathew Burden who we mostly dealt with was always helpful, respectful and professional as were Brian and David and the rest of the team. I would use them again and would highly recommend them... Read Full Review

From the minute we signed up with them Tina was calling us with new properties and really keen to get us what we wanted. when we finally found the property we loved she never made us feel awkward putting in our initial offer (which was a lot less than the asking price). We initially lost out on the property and carried on looking with lots of contact from Tina. then to our surprise the flat came back on the market and the first thing Andrews did was call us, we put our offer back in and it was accepted! we have now completed and are so happy, we went to view the flat four or more times and the agents were always very helpful offering advice and letting us know we could keep viewing the property as much as we needed.

i can honestly say they are the most professional estate agents we dealt with, we signed up with so many and some of their attitudes when we told them our budget was just humiliating. We are first time buyers and when we do decide to sell our place im sure we will be giving Tina and the Andrews team a call!
