Communication was mostly by email and was very formal as opposed to personal. Wrong keys given to tenants and they had to wait until the following day to speak to agent before being able to access the property. Wasn't keen on block viewings and the fact that the property was only advertised on Rightmove for a few days before being taken off as they had 'enough' potential tenants. Was able to shortlist potential tenants before deciding best candidate. Overall, good service, smooth transaction. Happy client.
