For many years Cocoon has been the only agency I was liaising with for my letting needs, with Cortni being my key contact there. They started to operate as Southernbrook now, and still the quality of support I received to renewing tenancy in my property this summer remained to be extremely high. As ever before, Cortni and now her new colleagues from Southerbrook team have been extremely efficient in responding to all my preferences and requests. In summary, it was again a positive experience of being supported as a client by the team of letting professionals, and achieving desired outcome on time

My one bed flat has been let and managed by Edward and Cortni at Cocoon for a number of years, now taken over by Southernbrook.
They have been unfailingly available, friendly, efficient and responsive to my needs as a landlord, as well as considerate to my tenants.
Their ethos seems to be principled, professional and humane, which I greatly value ( in contrast to agents I used formerly!)
