Hannah has been amazing from the first appointment to getting the chain moving. The photos, video and listing were exceptional, and at the meeting Hannah listened to my needs, worries etc. it was a real reassurance knowing she only takes a number of properties on in order to give a certain level of attention to each house. Hannah replied to enquiries promptly, and followed up for feedback quickly. She kept me in the loop at all times which was a huge relief for me. Hannah made herself available and moved other commitments to be able to conduct viewings too, no ask has been too much for Hannah. Hannah then negotiated an excellent offer for me, has linked in with the other agents without me having to prompt, has been able to provide recommendations of solicitors and valuers which is invaluable, and it’s clear she’s a well connected and respect estate agent in the local area. I have no doubt that Hannah will do everything to make the legal process through to completion a smooth, easy process for me. Hannah personally is so bubbly and kind, is honest and open in discussions and obviously loves what she does. I’m so grateful for all of your help!

Hannah was amazing from the start.
We contacted her regards a property and she arranged a viewing for the next day.
She replied back to any queries we had almost immediately.
Through the buying process, Hannah has kept up informed and updated about what was happening in regards to solicitors and the sale. She has always been one step ahead!
No problem is too big for Hannah and I could not have asked for somebody better to help us find and purchase our first home!
