It was a long journey due to the Gov changes and economy but the team was always honest , open and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble on the phone or face to face. I hope not to do it again but I’d highly recommend this estate agent and especially Pershore branch.

Charlotte was really the person who was most helpful in the purchase of our house.
She went over and above what was required of her, as was her trainee, Nareece.
Its safe to say that without her timely interventions during the process we would have just given up, walked away and rented a property.
The whole process was stressful and frustrating. Its a shame that this antiquated process cannot be more like the Scottish system.
Charlotte and Nareece are a huge asset to your team.
