I have been in property 30 years and this is the worst agent I have ever dealt with
Constantly lieing
Doing every part on the cheap but wanting 10k more than any other agent
No brochure produced after a month
She was on on the market because she had it free
Her plans were done by somebody she did not know and were so far out that I had to go to the house at 7pm to measure them myself
When I was trying to explain about things ,as she did not have a viewing in a month she became aggressive on the phone and said cancel the contract
Very poor treatment of a client
She played the oldest trick bumped the price up and after 6 days said knock 250k off the price
She also changed the contract without me knowing
Please beware of this lady

Natalie and her team are exceptional . The service they give goes above and beyond , this is truly a unique experience given by an estate agent the dedication shown is exemplary. The communication throughout the whole process was great and the support given until the sale was finalised was outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell there property.

We have no hesitation in recommending Natalie most highly. We had been on the market with a local high street agent for over a year before we found Natalie. Our house had a large attached annexe which seemed to be hindering the sale - we needed a fresh approach and targeted marketing which Natalie excels at. She delivered on all aspects on the sale and in every way above and beyond our expectations. We can't thank you enough Natalie!

Natalie did actually what she promised and even before our house went on the market.
Owning a 700-year-old, grade 2 listed property with a large garden isn't everyone's cup of tea, so when she found someone who wanted an unusual property, she contacted us before we had officially "launched" our house.
She was with us every step of the way, hosting the viewing and follow-up visits. Her communication was excellent and she kept us up to date with the progress.
I thoroughly recommend Natalie and her team at Kai Carter Estates to others.

I have just moved into my new home, purchased through Natalie at Kai Carter. Natalie has been amazing throughout the entire process and I would not hesitate to recommend her, and if I ever move again I will absolutely sell with Natalie. Natalie the owner of KaiCarter, is one of the few agents I have ever met who actually SELLS properties rather than waits in an office for punters to pass by... Her effort in understanding the property, designing and executing superb marketing, targetting the market and "seducing" contacts through to completion is almost unique. She takes on a few properties at a time which means that focus is uninterrupted and highly effective. Sold my apartment well and then my son's after 3 days... Expect emails at 05:30 and phone calls on Sunday morning or Thursday evening at 22:30! She is relentless - and it works - and gets the results!!

We chose Natalie after meeting her and were impressed by her knowledge of the market and her honesty and no nonsense pragmatic approach.
Her marketing expertise allowed her to create an excellent brochure for the house and to target the right people who were likely to be interested.
This made a big difference and we had interest very quickly, so much of a contrast to the traditional estate agent we were using previously.
We sold our house very quickly after Natalie started her campaign and she proved to be very pragmatic in dealing with the buyers and what we needed to do to ensure any questions or issues were addressed.
We would whole heartedly recommend her & Kai Carter Estates.

Within a couple of weeks of listing the house, we moved 5000 miles and 8 time zones away. I trusted Natalie to handle everything in our absence. She was always accessible, keeping us updated regularly, with Skype chats taking place well after UK "office hours" and was happy to check in with our friends to ensure last-minute viewings didn't conflict with their use of our house. Natalie was professional at all times and ended up not only being responsible for selling our home but keeping an eye on it while it stood empty, something I wouldn't trust most people to do. Once an offer had been agreed, Natalie stayed on top of the process, keeping everything moving, so we were able to exchange within two months and complete a couple of days later.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kai Carter estates.
