As an Agent in this industry, I believe that my role is an advisory one and never lose sight of the fact that I am dealing with the biggest transaction of people’s lives.
My customers choose me for the personal service I offer in ensuring they get the right buyer at the best possible price. My day-to-day focus
is to remove unnecessary stress and allow clients to focus on the move itself whilst I manage everything in between.
Outside of my career, I have a keen interest and obsession for Sport. I’m a father of two young girls who take up the majority of my free time. However, if I am not being given the run around by them, I am usually found on the golf course or running round the streets and parks of Liverpool.
I welcome calls at any time of day for advice on the property industry as it is a great passion of mine as well as a career.

Unfortunately we couldn't give James a 5 star review from a buyers perspective. We put an offer in over asking price for one of James' listings recently and we never heard anything back from him again. We had to see for ourselves that the property had sold on Right move over a week... Read Full Review

Unfortunately we couldn't give James a 5 star review from a buyers perspective. We put an offer in over asking price for one of James' listings recently and we never heard anything back from him again. We had to see for ourselves that the property had sold on Right move over a week later!! A quick update would not have taken him long at all and we would have known where we stood. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and will definitely be trying to avoid James and the Property Experts from now on.

James ensured the process of our house sale and purchase of our new property (which he was also selling) was smooth, quick and easy. He worked very quickly and efficiently and understood and supported our needs as sellers, and as buyers. He held out all house viewings professionally and provided us with honest feedback immediately after viewings. He quickly secured a sale on our property and maintained regular communication through the whole process, keeping us updated on different stages of our sale and purchase. The standard of photography and videography also provided by James is amazing and we would recommend him to anyone selling their home.
