He has been brilliant throughout my tenancy, he was always very responsive to any queries via text message and even came out at the drop of a hat to help me with my heating.
I honestly cannot recommend Steve enough! 5*

I called three local agents at the start of the process of selling our flat. Steve Baker from Property Ladder came fully armed with far more individual research and was streets ahead in terms of presentation and local knowledge. He dealt with everything as we don't live in the area, from advising, to marketing and liaison with solicitors. We were never out of the loop. The best service I have ever experienced. If you live in this part of Devon I wouldn't use anyone else.
