I only have good things to say about Castle Residential and the team. I found them very professional when I expressed an interest in renting a property in Hanwell. Sarj was very helpful and Justyna's communication was very good. The landlord decided to sell the property whilst I was living there so Sarj helped draw up a new agreement between myself and the landlord so I could stay until the house was sold. This enabled me to stay in the house for another ten months renting for considerably less than the initial rent at the start of the tenancy agreement. Sarj also provided good advice at the end of the tenancy and helped me get my full deposit back. The check in and check out was done by a very nice chap too who explained everything and was so professional. I have also had a reference done by Castle to help me rent my new property in North Yorkshire. Thanks Sarj and the whole team.

My partner and I have recently bought a flat, and we have found the team at Castle Residential to be a huge help in this process, particularly Eddie. As first time buyers, we greatly appreciated his support in ensuring that all parties involved in the sale were effectively communicating. I only have good things to say about Castle Residential and the team. I found them very professional when I expressed an interest in renting a property in Hanwell.
Sarj was very helpful and Justyna's communication was very good.
The landlord decided to sell the property whilst I was living there so Sarj helped draw up a new agreement between myself and the landlord so I could stay until the house was sold. This enabled me to stay in the house for another ten months renting for considerably less than the initial rent at the start of the tenancy agreement. Sarj also provided good advice at the end of the tenancy and helped me get my full deposit back. The check in and check out was done by a very nice chap too who explained everything and was so professional. I have also had a reference done by Castle to help me rent my new property in North Yorkshire.

I've got neighbours from hell next door, a bunch of people whom have been overloading and trashing a house for the past year and making homophobic remarks, noise and showing a strong ASB. I've been in touch with Castle by email since last November because even though they keep repeating themselves they do not manage the property they are the ones whom put these tenants in the first instance (they acted as an agent in behalf of this landlord screening candidates). We asked Castle to pass on the messages to the landlord as there is 2 ongoing police reports and several complaints made to the Council. No communication whatsoever. Nothing. They completely ignored it because they thought I was just venting. I explained to them I've been a victim of hate crime (homophobia) but for them homophobia means nothing (I even think they don't know what the word means) and they didn't take serious my allegations. From November we strongly requested to not let these people to stay on for many reasons, some of them already mentioned. The house was advertised for rent by Castle last November and December. Right now is been already let out. We don't know whether these people have renewed their tenancy. Castle has been so secret about this. I've tried to follow up in a couple of emais and the director's answer is that I'm 'harassing him'. On another email he insults me calling me a 'hypocrite' and that I have 'a lack of character'. This is the level of professionalism expected from this agency. Dodgy. Rude. Unprofessional. Scam. I wonder what strange dealings they have with these horrible tenants. Now can you please contact the landlord and ask him to remove these savages from the property? And please follow up the emails, communicate the outcome with other people. Thank you.

Before deciding to use this agent I strongly encourage you to review the one star google reviews before making your decision. The comments are very detailed, factual and accurate. I totally agree with what they say and I will add my own experience to this too. Before entering into a contract with this agent, I was told that Surj offers a personalised service because he owns the business. The reality is that he maximises his profits and provides a substandard service. His staff neglected to maintain my property for 5 months despite there being 7 different outstanding maintenance requests from the tenants, two of which being leaking water in the property. The agent collected the rent and took a large commission fee from that rent that was not due to him and he did it without my authorisation. All in all I had to employ a solicitor to remove him due to his bullying tactics. He is the rudest man I have come across. Be very careful and listen to the one star reviews, they are truthful and accurate.

Me and my partner were looking for a flat to rent through castle residential. We found a lovely flat in ealing broadway which we were keen on. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I can't believe that they have people working for them that have no idea what they're doing. I sold my house through Castle Residential and would thoroughly recommend them. Eddie particularly was excellent.
I had some issues with getting my tenants out of the house after a buyer had been found and Eddie was very helpful and gave me some good advice when I was trying to deal with the situation.
Communication was great throughout the process and everyone at Castle was always professional, friendly and helpful.

I was worried about selling my property for the right price, after many negative viewings from a rival estate agent . It was the first time I heard that the owners are buying another property. At that time I didn't trust the agent at all and asked my solicitor to have a chat with the solicitor of the owner. To my horror I was informed that the solicitor never heard of another house. I demanded explanation from Chris who sent me a reply with no explanation at all. Then I decided to send all emails to the partner of Castle Residential. I got a reply from Edward Pereira who managed to find out the answers and helped us to finalise the sale.

Chris, the agent, even didn't mange to produce EPC report. After my call they organised the report on the night before the exchange of contract.
