When we finally visit this new opportunity, I was so amazed that I immediately try to close the deal. But by the time, I needed to wait 3 weeks to be able to afford all the payments required. We had them a verbal agreement. And the established date for signing the contract, everything was in perfect order and ready.

What I am trying to say, is that the experience of Room2Let is awesome. They can detect your needs even if you are looking for a minimum that doesn't includes all that you will appreciate for a living. Which I think is amazing and benefiting.
I must point also, that the charm and kindness of the team from Room2Let has been a constant during all the process.
Also, I know that they manage the property where I live now: the property is almost in pristine condition.
Without any doubt, I will recommend their assistance if your are looking for a place to let or if you are looking for a company that can take care of your property for letting.
