I recently worked with Marsh & Parsons and I must say, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Their agents are top-notch professionals who are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. They were able to find me the perfect property and made the process seamless and easy. Their attention to detail was impressive and I appreciate all the effort they put in to make sure I was happy. What agent could do to change your mind?
they charge like any other agencies, but other agencies managers they actually GO to the flat, these guys never went, not once. How can they manage a flat without knowing what it looks like or how everything works? It's not possible

I gave my flat to be managed to these people. They didn't even go to look at it, therefore they did not know anything about it. They didn't know how to open the boiler panel, how to switch on the gas hob fan, how to switch on the dishwasher, and despite i left there all the instructions for all appliances, every single time the tenant would write to them and say that they could not find the fan switch, or they didn't know how to open the boiler panel, these managers would send a technician to my expenses. For every stupid thing, they would call a technician and they made me do a certificate for a gas fire which doesn't even exist. This would not have happened if they would have just visited the flat once and make sure they knew how everything worked so that they could explain it to the tenant. To men, they do not provide a management service, they provide a switchboard service. It is a waste of money and patience. Never again.

It has been a real pleasure looking for a flat to rent with Charles Cosgrove . Marsh and Parsons has a wonderfiul choice of nice flats in Chelsea ans South Kensington and i had the opportunity to visit as much as i could in a day .i found exactly what i wanted . Charles understood perfectly my tastes and what i was looking for .He was very efficient organising different appointments so that i did not loose my time . I stongly recommand Charles to my friends if you look for something in that lovely area .

I met with three agents when selling my flat, and the spread of valuations was considerable. M&P gave by far the highest price and already had a flat on in the same block so they were the ideal agent to partner with. But on top of that the whole relationship was very relaxed and easy. David Hill has a calm gentle manner that makes dealing with him a great pleasure. Together with his team in Chelsea and their colleagues in South Ken they brought good footfall to see the property and secured us a record price for this block in a timely fashion. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again. Flawless performance, thank you all.
