I recently worked with Marsh & Parsons and I must say, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Their agents are top-notch professionals who are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. They were able to find me the perfect property and made the process seamless and easy. Their attention to detail was impressive and I appreciate all the effort they put in to make sure I was happy. I gave my flat to be managed to these people. They didn't even go to look at it, therefore they did not know anything about it. They didn't know how to open the boiler panel, how to switch on the gas hob fan, how to switch on the dishwasher, and despite i left there all the instructions for all... Read Full Review


What agent could do to change your mind?

they charge like any other agencies, but other agencies managers they actually GO to the flat, these guys never went, not once. How can they manage a flat without knowing what it looks like or how everything works? It's not possible

I met with three agents when selling my flat, and the spread of valuations was considerable.
