I would like to start with a very big thank you, to a very helpful young man named Harry Richard’s, from Dixons estate agents. Harry, helped me in my time of need and I am ever so great-full, for his excellent service and support.
When my boiler stopped working I wasn’t sure what I was to do, and with the nights getting colder it was quite a fright, but all thanks to Harry I was back to my lovely warm home in no time.
I am absolutely thrilled with the service and accountability that has been provided.

Dixons, Yardley Selling houses is stressful. Except for Dixon's Yardley who are quite frankly mad for it. Selling houses is stressful. Except for Dixon's Yardley who are quite frankly mad for it. Faye will list your home and get a buyer and Zoe will hand-hold, trouble-shoot, metaphorically bang heads together and keep everything on track
These guys are as cool as cucumbers and won't let you down
Estate agents get a bad rep. These folk are bucking that trend
I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not regret selling with Dixon's, Yardley

My experience with Dixons was stressful, unprofessional and utterly disgraceful, They are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. The Yardley Branch is unprofessional, completely incompetent. They don't support tenant when any problem reported. They only chase rent that's all they do. They come for property inspection but they don't have any record when you draw their attention to previous undone repairs. They don't send you the visit report.

First things first the problem with most of these letting agencies they never want to take responsibility or accept when they are in the wrong. For the past couple months that my husband and I have been at one of their properties the communication from Harry Richards the property manager has extremely poor, stressful and outrageous. When issues are reported it takes over a month for anything to be done or they aren’t even addressed. The property was in horrible condition upon moving in not even cleaned and when asked about it the response was “I’m sure you are just making it sound worse than it is”. A completely stink and dirty house but we are making it sound worse? Really? I hope this does not happen to any other tenant.

My experience with Dixons was stressful, unprofessional and utterly disgraceful, They are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. The Yardley Branch are unprofessional, unlawful and completely incompetent. Zero communication throughout, lies upon lies told & none of the correct procedures were followed. Even my solicitor advised me they had never dealt with such an awful estate agent. There were so many issues that went wrong, to give an example, The price was agreed at a certain price and then the day of exchange and completion my solicitor advised that the price had been lowered and that Dixons had advised that I agreed to the price reduction which I did not!! I was in utter shock that Dixons lied to my solicitor and gave authority to a price I had knew absolutely nothing about, I only allowed the sale to complete as I had already moved out and was on my way to my new home. My advice to all would be to avoid at all costs, and do not use!!
