This is the worse experience. The worst provider . Very poor service. Even after inspecting the flat, they haven't done any repairs yet. They don't care about people. All they care about is rent and increasing rent. The agent has inspected the house on the 19th December 2022. I have showed her the problem. She has taken pictures as evidence of the critical situation. I have showed all the evidence of our preventive measures to avoid condensation, mould and damp which are putting our health at risk and have already affected soft materials such as clothes, furniture. The agent has only sent an email with suggestions in terms of preventive measures rather than solving the problem I allowed a reasonable time for agent to do arrange repairs, but they have not done them yet. They are not dependable and not adding any value. They don't care about families or customers. I had to write many complaints to them as reminders. I had to write to the council to complaint. I'm planning to take them to the court because of the damages they are causing without any compensation. I have also experienced bad experience with them, for example, visiting the flat without permission. This is the worse provider in Bedford. I'm looking forward to move from this flat. I wouldn't recommend Jayne Beard Associates at all. Nightmare !

Worse Agency ever. At the end, they do everything they can to take money from your deposit, they do not offer any support to the tenants. They give you house at the beginning without them to check the inventory, no proper cleaning, but they request to leave the property professionally cleaned. Even then, they take money from deposit because they add different clause on your tenancy contract that allows them to do it. They advise one thing, after that they change their mind and ask money. Happened twice with us. I do not recommend them. No to mention that they do not check what they had on inventory at the beginning of tenancy, foe example we did not had radiator in one bedroom, but on the contract they've added in.

I had the most terrible experience with this letting agency. They did a reference check and noticed my contract was expiring a month to the tenancy agreement date and sent a failed reference because of that despite my entreaties that my contract was going to be renewed. Heck.i wasn't planning on being out of job for goodness sake but they refused. i even offered to provide a guarantor but no they refused again because they Intended to keep my deposit. As if that was not enough they quickly went to reenlist the property back online without even notifying me formerly.* No drive to solve problems. Please avoid them if you can.

This letting agent is the worst. This letting agent is the worst. They mess you about with everything, paperwork, tenancy, fees, refuse to fix things and blame the tenants for it rather than the shocking job they did before we moved in. I keep my house very tidy but even so when inspection time comes around (which is ridiculously often) i blitz the place, scrubbing every nook and cranny, paint walls etc so it looks brand new. After every inspection they say i havent cleaned well enough (WE CANT SEE NO @#$#@##@ DIRT ANYWHERE) i even got a written warning for it FFS and they are just down right rude. They are stuck up and think they are above everyone else. Sick of them. I bet their houses are the dirty ones.

As a company licenced by Client Money Protection (CMP), Jayne Beard Associates Limited aims to provide the highest standard of service to all Landlords and Tenants, therefore, to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following: - If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to your personal property manager at the office address - The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established in-house procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 15 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you, in writing, and confirm our revised response date - If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please contact Miss Kirsty Smith, at the office address, who will review the complaint - Following the conclusion of our in-house review, we will write to you with a final written statement - If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the in-house review of the complaint you can refer the matter to: The Property Ombudsman, Beckett House, 4 Bridge Street, Salisbury, SP1 2LX We apologise for any inconvenience you may have been caused by this matter and will endeavour to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion.
