Established in 2007 we manage over 1,400 properties through the Property Lettings side of our business and, on average at any one time, have in excess of 150 homes For Sale through our Property Sales side of the business. We also buy, sell and manage properties of our own and cover most aspects of the property ind
ustry.
With more staff than ever before - 23 in total - the whole company is now structured around our staff and has had to adapt to change. We firmly believe as owners of the business that all of our staff play a key role in the success of Beecroft Estates and they are our lifeblood so to speak.

Gareth is a great lettings property manager with great customer service skills and a polite, professional manner. This is a difficult job for anyone caught between landlords and tenants; what with repair, financial and contractual issues being a potential tinderbox, but Gareth is able to placate both parties and find a common ground solution for the satisfaction of all. I would recommend Beecroft and Gareth for all property matters.
