I am writing a review on behalf of myself and my siblings as we have all been part of the sale of our late parents home. Thank you to Damien for coming to the property and explaining all the technicalities that were and are involved in selling in these difficult economic times. Damien gave us a lot of his time and expertise in getting the property ready for viewing and taking photos to show the potential to possible buyers. Thank you also to Rachel for keeping us informed of viewings and giving us prompt feedback from all the viewings. We have found all the Allen's team to be very courteous, considerate and professional in all aspects of our 'selling journey' and we would highly recommend them.

Although we were disappointed to lose our first buyers, Damien got us back on track quickly and we were able to successfully complete the sale with our new buyers very quickly. During the period of renting prior to sale, Allen Residential's lettings team ensured we always had good tenants.

I highly recommend Allen Residential. Damien was professional, helpful and communicative every step of the way. The first shutdown delayed everything and although closed Damien phoned my widowed 90 year old mother to see if she needed any provisions. This shows that although totally professional he is also a kind and decent person. Just the sort of estate agent you need to handle such difficult and personal affairs. It was a trying and complicated sale but Damien handled every obstacle calmly and quite frankly we couldnt have done it without him. Thank you.
