From day one, Neil and his staff (Cheryl & Ben) were attentive and professional in all of their dealings…. I have been very happy with the service that I have had had from Neil Kaye and his team. This has included marketing the property and helping to source a new tenant, maintaining the up keep of the property when issues have arisen, and ensuring checks are carried out on the property to ensure that the tenants are complying with the terms and conditions of their tenancy. The staff have always been helpful and professional, with a good level of knowledge about the rental market and housing legislation. They have good links with local trades people, and have always communicated promptly with me when issues have arisen with the property or I have had any queries.
