Awful - did nothing for their money.
Then landlord I assume was paying them as they manageed the property. we lived there two years without any contact from them or any visits to check the state of the property
Whenever anything went wrong they ignored our contact yet at every extension demanded money from us as a fee.
Now we have left the property over a month and a half ago and no sign of deposit - entwistle green are not returning our calls or emails or coming to the phone when we ring for our "contact" *.
Absolutely useless - lazy, don't care and do nothing. If this site allowed me to give 0 stars I would have done so.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent behaved a little more professionally in the following areas: - Followed up and bothered to return phone calls. - Actually do what they claim to be able to do on the phone. - Communicate with their clients regarding appointments and basic things such as fees and T&C\'s Regarding the way they handled my complaint, they were very unapologetic and the young woman I spoke with on the phone felt personally insulted by my complaint, didn\'t apologise and blamed it on high numbers of applicants in the recent weeks. I fully understand that and I feel I was overly reasonable with them. As a client, the last thing I need is an obnoxious customer service agent refusing to admit fault or unwilling to remedy the problem.

Entwistle Green\'s fees appear to change all the time. When I first spoke with someone, their fees were £75.00 as a special offer in September, however the second time I spoke with someone she claimed that it was £250.00 for the first applicant and £75.00 per additional application.

It took me 2 phone calls and multiple messages left on Rightmove to get a response out of Entwistle Green. I'd asked them to supply me a copy of the house details by email and a copy of their terms & conditions, along with associated fees for checks.
I have never received this information, just an appointment confirmation by phone and a text message from a random mobile number stating just the address of the property. I feel that they couldn't be bothered to follow up enquiries professionally and left me chasing them to get an appointment or information out of them.
I'd arranged for my sister to meet the agent and view properties in the Preston area. She'd taken the day off work to be able to view properties, Entwistle Green cancelled the appointment right at the last minute.
I called them to complain about the poor level of communication and was faced with a very unapologetic response stating "We have a business to run and have had to handle 200 applications for properties in the last few weeks".
If you are a landlord looking to let your property in the Preston area, in my opinion the poor communication, and the need for me to constantly chase these people make them actually do anything makes them a very poor choice.
I certainly won't be looking to rent a property that is handled by this company.
