Lee was an absolute star from start to finish - sorted out problems extremely quickly and was always on hand to answer any queries we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent and the house was fab. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Lee was the best estate agent you could ever have. He was always happy to help. The house was very modern and very clean when we moved in. We were very happy tenants from start to finish and we will miss the property very much. Overall Abbey Group property management are a very professional, reliable and respectful company.

The best lettings agency I have interacted with since I started renting. Very prompt in resolving issues however major or minor. Their dedication to making sure me as a tenant had the most comfortable experience in the flat is impressive and all I have over the past 7 years are positive thoughts.
They are also very fair and reasonable in their dealings and Overall I had an awesome stay renting one of their properties.

Tried to look at some properties through this agent but was treated apaulingly. Found the service rude and didn't explain themselves properly at all. Would not even let me look around a property without giving lots of personal information away. When I explained that I didn't want to give my address Lee Abigail was rude and wouldn't help me at all. Homeless people simply need not apply. He initially just ghosted my emails once I asked why I needed to give an address. Avoid at all costs.
