We were unfortunate enough to be in a very lengthy sale with another local agent, however we were purchasing our ongoing property with Sheldon Bosley Knight. From the beginning we were treated with professionalism and expertise.
We received regular detailed communications on our purchase and on many occasions SBK went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Due to the ongoing incompetence of our selling agent ,we decided to relist our house with SBK. Unlike other agents SBK did not fob us off with inexperienced staff members as soon as a sale was agreed and we had dedicated experienced staff corresponding with us through to completion. We could not falter the level of service we received. We would without fail recommend SBK if you want a smooth house sale and would not use anybody else for further purchases.

I began property searching through the Winchcombe office in early June and finally completed on my new home in early November. Throughout that period I have received a thoroughly professional, friendly and supportive service from Millie Gardner and Lucy Hughes.
Both Millie and Lucy understood what I was looking for within my budget and they kept me appraised of possible property options throughout the search. Once I had an offer accepted, they worked closely with me and the vendor to address various issues as they arose. They continued with their support even after completion with a particular problem. I cannot thank them enough and am delighted to be able to submit a positive review of my experience of working with them both.

She gave us what we considered to be a realistic asking price with a reasonable commission rate. After agreeing to go with SBK the process of getting details and photos was speedy and potential purchasers were being shown round the bungalow within days. Both Millie and Lucy showed prospective purchasers round and gave us prompt and useful feedback about the viewings which was always an encouraging sign. Several offers were made and the best one was made within a few weeks of going on the market. After discussions with Millie and Lucy we agreed on the best offer which was at a fairly modest discount on the asking price. We were hoping we'd be able to complete a sale before the end of the year, but as it turned out it was on 8th November, so just over 5 months from start to finish. A very good result. We were happy with the result as we hope the buyer was.

We'll miss our regular emails and phone calls!
