Sade was deeply unprofessional in my call during the move-out, and just frankly rude to the point where I am astounded that she is a full-time professional. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning services that was arranged that I tried to clarify with Sade to understand where the confusion lay, but Sade literally cut me off from speaking 5+ times while I was explaining that I was trying to clarify where the communication had broken down between the cleaners, myself and the agents, and not putting the blame on anyone. Once I had asked her repeatedly to stop cutting me off, she cut me off again to say that she would be stopping the call. This was one of the most unprofessional, offensive calls I have ever had from an agent and I simply cannot believe that she is in a people facing role. I hope others have a better experience with Sade than I did, and hope that she learns that it is deeply offensive to cut people off when speaking, and that there is some value and power to listening to what people have to say.

The worst Lettings agent I've ever experienced. Truly terrible from beginning of let to end, with serious malfeasance and inconsistency. They seem to be confused about how they've operated the property and don't seem to communicate with each other, so you end up having to chase things for them and undo confusing decisions they have made in the handling of the property. They have withheld information about the property that we asked for on numerous occasions, and were slow to help us deal with serious issues around the maintenance of the property. We had holes in our building that were left, making it freezing and unliveable in the winter. The Saving Grace was Freddy. Go elsewhere.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we would ask that you tell us about it, so wherever possible we can remedy the situation.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible, addressed to either the Sales or Lettings Manager. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the relevant Manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter, unless an extension is required, which you will be notified of.
• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff or Director.
• We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
