Very professional, always available, he will always respond and find solution to any problem you have in the flat. I highly recommend this agency and their honesty, which is rare in London.

This agency helped me to find a room in little time and for a reasonably price, in the area that I was looking for (pretty much on the Brick Lane and on the main road which is safer). Although the house itself had some problems (no less than any old house in London), as soon as I told the agency they normally dealt with it either on the same day or in a matter of days. At the end of my stay my deposit was returned in due time, and Faruk helped me to send my luggage to Italy when I was no longer there.
