As a landlord one needs to be reassured that they receive their guaranteed rent at the end of the month in order to manage ones finances !! To this day we have never had a missed payment and our property has been maintained at a good standard.

Mr Shah Munim is always available to speak to me on the other end of the line and has always dealt with my queries without a delay. Mr Shah Munim has always gone above and beyond his role to ensures that I am a satisfied landlord. Most importantly I am pleased with the tenants who have been residing in my property for the past 6 years and hope Olympia continues to offer good services and support to all the tenants and landlords out there. Over the years I have recommended many family and friends to Olympia and will continue to do so.
