Louise in particular has been a huge help to us during the stressful moments of a house move - dealing with all parties quickly and professionally, liaising with the legal teams and generally helping us move things along.

We have recently sold our property with Skitts, Willenhall and can not fault their service from dealing with Luke at the beginning of our sale journey, who was always friendly and approachable. And a huge thank you to Louise Pickering, Sales Progressor, who has been there for us through the purchase of our new build property, we really couldn’t have done it without her, particularly as we were up against deadlines from our property developers, Louise is a credit to you’re company, always communicates with you in a friendly approachable way and doesn’t take her eye off the ball. We cannot thank her enough, she got us through a very stressful time but she always said ‘she would get us in our new house’ and she did with patience, professionalism, communication skills and kindness…Thank you so much Louise, you are amazing.

I have recently brought a property In Willenhall and have been dealing with Louise Pickering.
I can not fault this lady she has been a absolutely star. I was not Louise’s client I was the buyer but nothing was ever to much. Always so helpful, kind (listened to me cry a few times) and always there when needed. Louise actually did more for me than my own estate agent (yopa). If it want for Louise I wouldn’t have known any information about my own sale (she didn’t even deal with my sale). By far the best estate agent I have ever had dealings with and if I was ever to sell my house or buy again I’d use Skitts to deal with Louise again.
Can not be faulted and I can’t thank you enough for all your work. A truly lovely lady.
