We recently completed the sale of our property in Richmond North Yorkshire with Love Property based in Catterick Garrison.
After inviting all the local estate agents to visit our selection was based on the professional, positive and competitive rate offered by Love Property. Laura and her team immediately took the initiative and produced an exceptional sale brochure with quality photography and video.
The advertising via social media drip feeding the market followed by coordinate viewings hosted by Laura and Deven took all the pressure from us. The marketing strategy Laura executed opened the market to a wider audience and resulted in us accepting a final offer that far exceeded our initial asking price.
Love Property were exceptional throughout the entire process, modern in approach, professional in delivery. We would recommend anyone selling property in the area to invite Laura and her team to visit.

We found it difficult finding a property that suited us that was within our price range but they actually wanted to help and ended up finding us a perfect home.
A little welcome pack on moving in shows how thoughtful and kind this company and it’s staff are.

Laura and her team are on their A game. This agency is head and shoulders above anyone else in our area and beyond. The service received is impeccable from day one. The photos of your house are just epic and the standard is the same whether your house is 50k or 500k. Laura loves what she does and it shines through. Her team are fab and a special shout out to Deven who is amazing also. If you want to sell your house, you need to sign up with Love Property but be careful the photos and lifestyle description will make you want to stay put!

The best letting agent our property has been managed by. After previously having issues with communication and support from our previous agent Love Property have been a breath of fresh air. We met Sal at a property we were viewing on behalf of my parents to let.
She was professional and so friendly and helpful to the many questions I asked.
I felt that she cared about the service she was giving to her landlords as well as prospective tenants, and felt confident that love property would help find my parents a property to let.
I would have no hesitation in recommending love property after meeting Sal. The service is definitely Met on an individual basis.
