The company had a guy put some of the fencing up that had blown down 2 new panels and 2 posts ,one new and one of the old one (8 years old and short.The fuse board for the flats was in my garage and was moved into the bin store and had too correct his work later on and who knows charged for both.The flats needed a new forecourt and had a fall into a trench filled with shingle so the rain water goes to it but it's where the foundations of a boundary wall so the soil underneath will get saturated therefore it will move in time cracking that wall.So Eastblock charge £728 for quotes and keep an eye on the job.The building manager said it's £500+ for the trench extra which is part of the dig for concrete.The concrete was short too allow for the trench so this was factored into bill Less concrete was used and replaced with shingle which is alot less than concrete yet they said they wanted £500+ for that trench which in turn will crack the boundary wall.The building manager told me too remove the bamboo screening on the balcony leaving metal work with openings more than the minimum spacing of 100cm too stop children ,pets falling from the balcony without telling me.
