We recently bought our new house with Bramleys. From the moment we completed our first viewing we started speaking to Mel quite regularly. We had a number of viewings throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Despite using an agent with no high street presence to sell out previous property Mel still kept us fully informed about the position of our sale and purchase. I would highly recommend Bramleys (Elland) and if you're fortunate to have Mel looking after you then rest assured you will be taken care of.

Bramleys Elland went above and beyond when we chose to sell our first home with them. The ladies in the office (I dealt with Kerry and Jo) were always there to help and solve any issues that arose with our buyer and answer any questions I had, they made things as easy as possible for us. They were very efficient and our house sold faster than we ever expected (within 10days of it going live on the website) the whole team are very friendly and easy to approach. Thank you especially to Kerry who rang me numerous times on the day of exchange, it wasn't the smoothest of exchanges because the banking systems went down that day (nothing that anyone could have predicted) but Kerry gave me constant up dates and managed everything very professionally. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever came to selling my new home.

I have used Bramleys estate agents three times now to sell a property and on each occasion the service received has been excellent. On the most recent occasion the house sold within the first week of going on the market. All of the staff within the Elland branch were very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.

I have recently sold my parents property with Bramley's after a friend recommended them to me. From start to finish the service I received was fantastic. I was given a weekly update as to what was happening and the whole procedure was very calm and stress free. You could always get through on the phone and if the person you wanted to speak to wasn't there, the person who answered could more or less always help you or if not made sure you got a call back as soon as possible. All the staff were absolutely fantastic but a special thank you to Paul and Helen for the excellent service you gave me. I would definitely recommend Bramley's to people in the future. Thank you again.
