I had a very disappointing experience with Keystone Property. The service was misleading, and I encountered serious issues regarding transparency and trust. Communication was poor, and I felt that their practices were not in the best interest of their clients.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution. There are far more reliable and professional companies out there that prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction.

Keystones are our letting agent a rental property in Romford. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
