We instructed Julie Twist to sell our Ancoats apartment as they had an office in the location and we initially bought the property from them 6 years previously.
As we live two and a half hours drive away we were grateful that they were able to handle all of the viewings for us.
We achieved what we thought was a fair price and they handled all communications with our buyer and their solicitor and kept us fully informed throughout. They made it a very smooth process for us.

We have viewed several properties but this estate agent has been by far the best! The gentleman who showed us round had printed information ready for us when we arrived. Julie Twist's Maintenance Team undertook some work on my bathroom recently. The job was organised perfectly and seamlessly by Margaret who had a complete understanding of my particular requirements and timescale. The work was undertaken, at the time requested, by Simon who is extremely personable, knowledgeable and experienced. Simon knew exactly what the job required and advised accordingly. Simon sourced excellent fixtures and fittings that were both aesthetically pleasing as well as durable. All my questions were answered and great attention to detail was taken during the work.

Jule Twist Properties are by far the best Estate Agents for city centre properties in Manchester. Paul Sutemire dealt with the sale of my property, I couldn't fault Paul, he was curtious, friendly, responsive, and proactive and did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop on progress and liason between solicitiors.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints Handling Procedures
1. Any complaints to be dealt with under this procedure should be in writing.
2. The Office Manager or Director of the company is responsible for the particular branch will initially deal with the complaint.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receiving the initial complaint.
4. You complaint will then be fully investigated and a detailed written response will be made.
5. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our initial investigation, your complaint will be reviewed by a Julie Twist the Managing Director either by e mail to Julie@julietwist.com or by post to 237-239 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4EN and a detailed response will be made including our final view point.
6. In the event that the final view point still fails to satisfy your complaint, you have the option to refer the matter to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents within 6 months of the final viewpoint letter. The Property Ombudsman, Beckett House, 4 Bridge StreetSalisbury,Wiltshire SP1 2LX. Tel: 01722 333306 Fax: 01722 332296.
