I have recently bought my first flat via Alex Neil Bow. Despite the buying process being delayed and stressful due to one reason or another (due to no fault of the estate agents!), Alex Neil and Matteo helped enormously along the way. Matteo was in very regular contact and helped push things forward. We did joke that we spoke to each other more over this past 4 months than we did with our families.. that just shows how much time they put into getting the purchase through! Also, as this was my first purchase, he helped me understand the process at each step which was very helpful. Thank you!!

Tom ensured that the flat was straight back on the market and it sold within 1 day!

Calli was always at the end of the phone and constantly provided me with updates throughout the process. Calli was always on hand to answer any questions, even those she may not have been able to answer immediately.
Calli was extremely helpful, polite and diligent and certainly made my first property purchase easier. I would recommend Calli and Alex Neil to anyone looking to purchase/sell a property.

After using 2 estate agents that had to interest in selling my mum's property we found Alex Neil. Calli was absolutely brilliant, she was professional, courteous and extremely helpful and made a very stressful time much easier. I was selling from a distance and Calli went above and beyond helping to sort things out that I couldn't as I was unable to get to the property.
