I have used Kimmitt Lettings for many years, the most recent being in December 21 to find me a new tenant for a rental property and have always found the service to be professional, friendly and helpful. The team are excellent. They are dedicated and committed to providing customers with the best service possible, Communication is superb, always providing timely and relevant advice and updates on progress. Terry, James and Michelle are a true credit to the profession. Thanks for a great result!

In our opinion, we've had an absolutely horrible experience as buyers looking at purchasing a house with them, the manager became pushy, pressurising, unprofessional rude and very persistent, actually caused us stress, my advice is, if looking for a professional, customer service that you can trust in stressful time avoid this estate agent plenty others selling that will provide the customer service experience you'd expect from a professional estate agent.

I had a terrible experience with this company, the one based in houghton le Spring, the customer service is shocking and unprofessional, the member of staff (Chantel) I had to deal with was very inexperienced and rude with an attitude problem, throughout the entire process of the sale.
Please avoid at all costs, I found the whole experience unhelpful, dreaded having to communicate with her on matters that were very important to discuss.
