Interesting that Nick Stopard (Director of Boardwalk) took care to assure me that he completely understood the nature and facets of my house in a way that no other agent had done. In my opinion the valuation was spot on. Then the followthrough with Senior Sales Progressor Ruby Pomphrey was fantastic. I was completely in the know at every stage of what was technically a fairly complicated process. Yet everything was achieved to schedule as promised. Excellent service Boardwalk, Thank you.

Ester gave me advice on her day off which I appreciated. Ruby has been friendly and supportive to myself and my buyers whilst trying to get through completion with multiple delays in the conveyancing process. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience buying a house with Boardwalk. The previous buyer had pulled out and Anna was fully transparent about why this was, and it meant that once we had our offer accepted the process moved very quickly. Ruby, our sales progressor, was extremely responsive and helped to keep things moving, always responding quickly to questions, and often giving daily updates. We exchanged contracts yesterday and I can't rate the team at Boardwalk highly enough!

Boardwalk Estate Agents were highly professional and delivered a great result with my house sale. I initially liked their positioning on marketing and their independence from large agency networks. What counts here during a review… is how they delivered after we selected them? They marketed our property to it’s full potential. The photography from Tim was truly exceptional, and the social media content from Natalie further demonstrated how Boardwalk differentiates from traditional agents (who rely too heavily on Rightmove). That said, our rightmove ad was ‘banging’ compared to other local properties – it jumped off the page due to the photo’s and copywriting. Our agent Holly was very personal, always available and showed her experience at every stage – she owned the process and we had complete trust in her approach. In my day job I work with a lot of high profile global marketing suppliers, and I can confidently say that they could learn a lot from a this Bristol estate agency. They might still be ‘new’ compared to the established names.. but I’d say jump in with Boardwalk, they will surprise you.

Please be very wary before instructing Boardwalk to sell your property - you could end up losing a thousands of pounds on the sale of your house, as we did.
You will be bowled over when they attend for the valuation by their Insta perfect photos and their glossy booklets. Little do you know you will end up conducting most of the viewings yourself, as (in our case at least) they didn't have anyone to conduct viewings on Saturdays. That professional agent who assured you he would undertake most of the viewings for your property, and manage the process throughout? He will undertake one viewing for you. The glossy online portal? It won't be updated.
You will then be told the wrong date for viewings, and won't be informed when a survey is cancelled.
Worst of all, when just before exchange, when your buyer indicates they want to re-negotiate, your agent from Boardwalk will send an email to your buyer indicating that you are

Boardwalk have been brilliant throughout my recent purchase process. They have been quick to respond and extremely supportive.
Ester, who arranged my initial viewing, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the property, and it was obvious from talking to her that she had done her homework. She was kind enough to ensure I could view the property twice (despite my awkward working schedule!) which was brilliant as it meant that my parents could also see the property. Ester was always swift to respond and made the offer process really straightforward. Ester makes a wonderful first impression and does Boardwalk proud!
Debbie, who dealt with my purchase, was professional and efficient at all times. It was really reassuring that the team ensured that my onward details were kept confidential (difficult personal circumstances meant that this was really important to me, and I honestly can't thank Debbie enough for her kindness and support in what would have otherwise been an additional stress factor). Her kindness and professionalism made such a difference - thank you so much, Debbie.
I would definitely use Boardwalk in the future. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is buying or selling a property.

Excellent service. Purchased a property managed by Boardwalk. The viewing, provided by Anna, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the property. After an offer was made, the process was managed by Ruby who did a fantastic job in keeping us up to date on the situation, chasing solicitors to keep things moving and being available to quickly respond to any queries. We found our apartment through Boardwalk, who were brilliant from start to finish. They organised our two viewings really quickly, and the communication was excellent throughout the process, in a friendly way without any pushy sales pitches. Ruby & Rhia managed our purchase and were so helpful and accommodating with our hundreds of questions, and were proactive in helping to move the sale forward. I would highly recommend Boardwalk.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
